Yes. LinkMax takes your privacy seriously. Your LinkedIn screenshot is processed to analyze your profile content, but we do not share, sell, or store your data indefinitely. When you use AI features (Pro subscription), your profile text is sent to our AI processor (OpenAI) solely to generate analysis and recommendations—not to train models.

Important: We recommend not including sensitive personal information in your LinkedIn screenshots beyond what's typically public on LinkedIn. SimQuant LLC does not have access to your LinkedIn account credentials or private messages.

Your LinkMax Pro subscription is managed through your Apple ID. To cancel or modify your subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap Subscriptions
4. Select LinkMax
5. Choose your preferred option (cancel, change plan, etc.)

You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.

For best results:

• Use your mobile device to view your LinkedIn profile
• Capture your profile summary, headline, and about section
• Include your experience section with recent roles
• Make sure text is clear and readable
• You can upload multiple screenshots to capture different sections

The more complete your profile information in the screenshot, the better LinkMax can analyze and provide recommendations.

No. Data sent via the OpenAI Business API is not used to train AI models by default. We do not opt in to data sharing for training or service improvement. Your profile data is processed solely to provide you with analysis and recommendations.
